That this has occurred is unfortunate. I wish I could say that next time I will behave differently; but I cannot. I must confess that, if I had realised it was a retail outlet, I might have said nothing. I think this reflects poorly on my character; that I would think it would be okay to help an individual but not a business. I certainly have learned a great deal today and hope not to learn as much again for awhile.
