I haven't read any of the tests since I bought the lens, but for some reason
I always shoot with the 15mm Heliar at f5.6.  I guess I'm always using it in
low light and it seems prudent to stop a non-Leica lens down a half a stop.
You can hand-hold the thing at 1/4 second because of the low magnification.

I really like the lens.  I don't have anything for the Leica between 15 and
35mm.  I find the 15 works best when the picture doesn't look like it was
taken with a super-wide.  Keep your people away from the edges and you will
do alright.
