Am I the only one who doesn't care? I have a chrome M3, a chrome M6, a black
M6HM; some of my lenses are chrome (15mm Heliar, 35mm Summilux, 50mm Summilux,
others black (24mm, 50mm Summicron, 50mm Noctilux, 90mm, 135mm). I happily mix
and match lenses and bodies regardless of finish. If I have a choice I have a
slight preference for black lenses due to the lower weight, but generally if I
see a good deal on a lens I want, I buy it regardless of finish. It is the GLASS
that counts.
