The problem has been Disefoto. The stupid comments were made by a guy called Dario at Disefoto. I went to Arpi which put me onto Fotoservicio, who took the camera and sent it to Leica Germany via Disefoto. Fotoservicio and Disefoto have shown no interest at all - 'wait and see' is all they can say. Where is Casanova? I buy my consumables from Arpi, but if you can recommend a decent technician in Barcelona or a pro shop which is good on customer relations I'd be very interested. Give me an email when you come to Barcelona next. Perhaps we could start a Spanish Leica Society! BTW did you know that the Salgado exhibition comes to La Pedrera soon. Themain problem is that my Spanish isn't good enough to argue, so I rely on my partner. This idiot also said there was a fault in the meter of the camera (M4-2 right?) which is why it was taking so long (also said that leica Germany don't repair 'old' cameras very often). Compare this to going straight to Leica UK last week and being entertained whilst they fixed a problem in another body. NEVER again! Julain Hi Julian My spanish is definitevelly really good. May I help you with your stupid clerk? My thelephon number is 639776831. Do not doubt to contact me if you think it wouild be necessary? I know Disefoto which is the Leica agent in Spain. There are also well trained guys overhere, the problem is to find out them. I also know Casanova one of the bigger photo shop in Barcelona. I was in PMA wiht Mr.Casanova and perhaps they may help you too. I just own, up the moment, a M6 and a Summicron 50mm but I feel solidary. Kind regards Félix
