Subject: [Leica] Birthing. Chalk another for the old campaigner! ;-)

Ted,

Thanks so much for posting the details of your labors. It's inspiring to get
a glimpse of what you do as a pro -- your dedication, thoroughness,
preparation, and care. And, of course, I learn from the specifics and I have
questions. When you have a moment, I'd love to know more about your choices
of gear and how you use what you bring. I would have thought two bodies
(M-6's for quiet) would have been enough. Why four? Why both R and M?

Then, obviously, I hope you'll give us a look at the results. I've learned a
great deal from looking at your birth sequences, the perspectives, the
angles you take, the ways your photos express your respect for the physical
and emotional intimacy of the event.

Best wishes for many such golden events in your golden age,

- --Gib
