Subject: [Leica] Canon LTM 135/3.5 on M3?

Has anyone here ever shot with a 135/3.5 Canon LTM mounted on a Leica M3?
Wondering how that combination would be. I used to have this lens on a
IIIf, with the Russian turret finder on top, but I never could frame things
with any kind of accuracy. I no longer have that lens -- it was in black --
but I'm thinking of getting an earlier chrome 135/3.5, which is supposed to
be optically identical (and will match the M3).

Also, while we're at it, what precise magnification does the rangefinder
window of a IIIc give you? (Not the 50mm frame, but the actual focusing
window.) I seem to remember it's right for a 75-80mm lens; is this correct?
