Apparently there's a character on the British TV show "Coronation Street".  His name is Roy, and he owns a cafeteria which he has named "Roy's Rolls"...

"Freud Royce"? Sounds like Broghue (sp?) for "fried rice."

No wonder he went with "Rolls."
