They probably don't have a channel set up for it! If it is the Superia
Reala, then the slopes are pretty consistant with the other Superia films.
If it is the older Reala, and they they don't do much, they probably haven't
set up a channel for it. And if they have Fuji machines more than a couple
of years old, the machine defaults to the 'Master Channel'- Usually
Fujicolor-G 100 if they haven't programmed a Reala channel or changed the
master channel!
