Thanks, chapter AND verse!
I shall file it into my article and look after it afterwards too.
About 15-20 years ago I had a dream of creating a book about all the other books (and magazines) that had been written about the Leica.
I suppose if I'd had your abilities things might have progressed rather more than they have!
