I have been away from Sweden a few decades now, so my information may 
be outdated, but a few years ago the Swedish Distributor for Leica 
was located in Denmark, and probably still is. That explains a lot.

And of course, the writer of the original message would have been 
correct, had they built the bridge a couple of hundred years ago. 
Then both sides of Öresund were Danish.
