Okay, now that I've made these sweeping generalizations, which category do
YOU fit in? :)
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Well here's the old fence sitter ;-) I love the newer equipment and
the simply stunning performance I find in some of the latest lenses
- -- 35 asph M and 100 apo macro R for example, but life is too
interesting to confine yourself to razor sharp perfect images. As has
been said many times, DO NOT use the 100 macro on a female friend
;-). As a kind soul, I find an older lens more suited, and here I use
the mighty summarex 85. Gentle lighting, colour neg film and the
Summarex seem to be a match made in heaven for anyone over 24. Then
in the depths of Gormangast castle, how could one hope to capture the
gothic beauty and subtle "darkness" without a Noctilux. I could go
on, but that would spoil the "newletter" if it ever arrives ;-)

Happy new year to all

Cheers
