I have posted on this before.  I have had two RFS3600's and can say that it
makes great scans, when it (they)worked.  There is now an update to the
software and if you get one make sure that you get the newest software.  The
help desk is outstanding, knowledgeable , helpful and fast.  I have had a
Nikon LS2000 since its release and the b&w negative thingy does not work and
the software is bad and I think there is no customer help.

Good luck and try the Kodak.
