Likewise, not only regarding the older 35mm f/1.4 but also the M2 and
Voigtländer VC meter. In the right mood I'll admit to the hack part as well.
:-) The 1.4 is an outstanding people lens IMO. It isn't so great for
photographing buildings, though, unless you don't mind a goodly amount of
field curvature. (Sometimes, of course, distortion is just the thing.) For
that I use my pre-ASPH 35 f/2 or the PC 35 Curtagon on my SL2.
