Any person who becomes a naturalized citizen of the United States of America shall also be issued a Leica, and one lens upon the taking of the oath of allegiance. Be it further a requirement that All Present Citizens of the United States shall be required to be issued and to carry at least 1 (one) Leica and lens at all times. The right to own and bear Leicas, or Leica related materials of mass photography shall not be thereto infringed save any citizen currently incarcerated or serving any form of penal servitude." I guess we can leave the the provison of extra lenses to the individual states! Dan ( Don't Tread on My Leica!) Post
