From the Japanese rumor mill comes information that Kyocera has evolved the
T2 
into a T3 with a Carl Zeiss 28mm lens. Probably a Distagon f2.8
Release in 2001.
Should give the Ricoh G1 a run for the money.

Sounds interesting to me. I like a wide angle P&S.
Used to own a Nikon Litetouch.
Although I never really got interested in the Ricoh.
