Working for the CIA, or maybe General Electric.

I always assumed that there has always been International Spook
Organizations and Conventions where Professional Spooks from all over the
world publish and meet to discuss the latest spooking technologies, eat
rubber chicken, and award Spook of the Year Awards.   FBI, CIA, KGB,
Stasi...  spooks from all over the word networking.

Developing Codes of Ethics and living by them...  Well sometimes.  At least
when anyone is watching.     Dale
