Steve,

I'm using an M6TTL 0,85 since 3 weeks now and I have to
confess that I'm a little bit disappointed by that
viewfinder, specially when using the 50/75 frames.
When I compare it with my M6TTL 0,72, I found the frame
lines narrower, dimmer, yellowish and lacking the bottom
line of the 50mm frames (because of the 3 diodes).
I've checked also with 2 other TTL 0,85 in shops and it was
not better.
Even with the 90mm frames, it is not as good than with the 0,72.
All the frames are less contrastier and sometimes (90mm)
it's difficult to see both the lines on the left and right
side at the same time.
Maybe it's only my perception ?
Try it yourself, if possible.

In the future, if I have the choice again, I'll choose the
TTL 0,72.

Lucien

P.S.The best (0,85) frames are by far, specially with a
50mm, those of the M6J, IMHO.
