In my family room, with 4 - 75 watt lights in ceiling fixtures and a 100 watt table lamp on with EI 400 film, my M6 meter says 1/8 or 1/15 at f1.4. Even inside our office building during the day (but away from the windows) the exposure on EI400 film is 1/30 or 1/60 at f2. Am I the only one who seems to always be in the dark?
