The Elmar/Tessar design has four elements in three groups, the Summitar seven elements in four groups, and the Jupiter/Sonnar seven elements in three groups. I would suspect that the 1.5/50 Jupiter-3 would outperform the other two at f/1.5, and the Summitar would outperform the Industar-22 at f/2.
