One of the sales was a fifteen year old picture, some editor felt the image best met his/her needs/price for the current project. It is not gravy...it was taken for the pourpose of illustrating an event, idea, concept, etc.; therefore this use is just another new use of a meaningful photograph. The creation of an image that has a life of one-time only useage is not what a sucseful (financially) photographer tries to create. No one pays enough on a single assignment to cover all the expenses of living, operating a business and buying Leicas. Happy snaps, Steven Alexander
