Out of the canisters and about twenty rolls to a bag. Go extra early to
the airport, smile at the security guy/gal as you hand them the freezer
bags and ask politely that they not go through the scanner.

If they insist it goes through, you have choices, ask for the supervisor
or if you're in a USA airport, don't sweat it, the carry on scanner wont
do anything unless it goes through a bunch of times, not likely when on
a holiday trip of one flight to destination.
