If you want to use it, the one to get is the FL one and a Canon FL-LTM
converter. A _lot_ cheaper, the same optics but not RF coupled. Not a big
issue. I used one until the 17/4 Canon FD came out.

The 21/3.4 SA is a noticeably better lens.
