Nathan- It depens as far as I am concerned on the output image quality (and costs) from film scans and from 24x36mm or comparable CCDs in five years. This is beyond my imagination, but I do hope Leica will be competent also in digital imaging with whatever collaboration with other manufacturers. Leica glass should shine in the digital world.
