Gary,

I use John Van Stelton at Focal Point-he does great work on Leica lenses.  I 
just got back a Dual range Summicron that he CLA'd and polished and recoated 
the front element.  It looks and feels like new!  I'm sure he can help you 
(or at least fix your lens).
