I should have said, the lenses on 'test' are the TE 90, current Elmarit 28,
current 35/1.4 asph.

Interestingly, I found the TE90 wide open to be a tad *sharper* than the
Elmarit, which I have always considered a very sharp lens. The TE is so tiny
that handholding 1/30 is just fine. I know Rabiner hates this lens, and I've
had my run ins with it, but recently I've been amazed at how good it is.
