I noticed that Edmund Scientific has quite a number of interesting gadgets.
The drinking bird is one I missed, but I will keep an eye out for it.
As for the black tape, I generally use it on locations that need smooth hand
movements, but the R8 I am waiting for also came with a winder for another
$150 USD. So maybe handling won't be souch an issue.
