And Jim, where precisely is the Leica content in your message? ;^)

The best way to get a conversation going is to bring up the subject in which
you are interested rather than complain about that in which you are not
interested.

And thus I ask,

Has anyone here ever used a Leica M lens for enlarging their photos? I
recall reading that Leitz used to recommend the Summicron 50 for very large
enlargements (beyond the what is it 2-12x range for which most enlarging
lenses are optimised)?
