Austin,

Well after a number of them in hand over the years and worked hard I'd
give the nod to the R8:

ergonomic design.

Viewfinder

metering accuracy

ease of removing lens

general controls,   (although there could be a slight improvement of
locking the dials)

loading

and the best with a motor attached.

solid feel in hand.
