I don't know.  I bought a 25mm Skopar from then in LN- condition, which
looked like it had never been out of the box.  I bought a BGN condition
Tamron zoom, which lacked the hood, box and papers, but apart from that, was
in pretty much the same condition as the Skopar when it arrived.

Seems like a good place to BUY stuff from: the prices they quote when you
wish to SELL, however, are laughable.  Guess that's why buying from them
works out nicely...
