perhaps i've answered my own question, but if anyone has access to this 
information, i would appreciate a confirmation.

i just found a lens shade listed on KEH's website that is the "90 Elmar 135 
Hektor" IUFOO
they list this shade as well as the 12575 and the 12575H.

i think mine is the IUFOO
