I've never considered photo-flo an expense that I needed to worry about
finding a cheaper source for.  Isn't it diluted 1:200 and isn't exhausted as
it is used?  5 ml/liter, or less than 1/2 ounce/gallon?  A pint of the stuff
makes about 35 gallons!
