On two separate occasions they have admitted to me that I had bad batches of TMX 100 and arranged for me to get replacement rolls (100' rolls) from local dealers. In both cases they handled all the dealer contacts and made all the arrangements. They also replaced bad batches of Polymax fine-art paper. Dan C.
