That's hasn't been my experience with Kodak.  On two separate occasions
they have admitted to me that I had bad batches of TMX 100 and arranged for
me to get replacement rolls (100' rolls) from local dealers.  In both cases
they handled all the dealer contacts and made all the arrangements.  They
also replaced bad batches of Polymax fine-art paper.
