Works very well. $550. - -----Original Message----- From: Tim Meneely To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us Sent: 6/23/00 1:16 AM Subject: [Leica] Friday WANTED - user Leica TM I'm shopping for my first Leica, on a more limited budget than will probably find one, but as they say "you don't get if you don't ask." What I'm looking for is a user screw mount, with a normal lens. Preference would be a IIIf especially because I'd like to use flash, but a IIIc would be second choice. Within limits, cosmetics are not an issue. For a solid performer, things such as after-market flash sockets are not an issue. At least as a first step, a Jupiter lens is quite acceptable. I like the way the little Leica's feel in my hands, and I want to learn about the results they produce. If I get hooked, someday I'll shop for a fine one, and someday I'd like to add an M (or a couple!) to my collection, but that's not in the family budget now. Now that bad part - I'd like to spend on the order of $300, with normal lens, for a well working camera. I could stretch to $350 or maybe just a bit more, but beyond that will mean going back to saving for a while. Anyone have anything? Thanks for your interest, Tim Meneely Pittsburgh PA USA
