If you've got the stamina it goes back to Jan 4. More tilted horizons and people's backs than you can shake a stick at! I think of my stuff more as 'street portraits'. I use a 50 almost all the time with very short DOF. I like to get close so they quite often see me and the reaction can make an interesting picture. I live in quite a small town so I often meet my subjects again. I normally give them a print (I carry lots on me) and I always get a positive reaction. If a subject notices me at the time I give them a card with the web address on it. The reason I do it is because I like to look at the pictures, because other people like to look at the pictures, because I like taking pictures (especially with an M Leica) and because sometime in the future someone may delight in finding a shoebox stuffed full of negatives showing little slices of street life in a small Swiss city at the turn of the century. - -- Stephen Holloway http://www.deepturtle.com/steve/photos
