No Mark. "La moutarde de Dijon" is real. And Dijon too (have a look at my
gallery). It's a cute (and rich thanks to the wine, not mustard actually) city
of Burgundy, 300 km South of Paris, 200 km North of Lyon. Generally, whatever
mustard you buy in France is called "de Dijon". It is far stronger than the
mustard I tasted in the US though.
