Subject: Re: [Leica] velvia vs. provia

We have one stock shooter up here in the frozen north that shoots Velvia
with enhancing filters then dupes the result with Velvia again to get really
really punchy colours. Personally I find Velvia greens make me a little
queasy in the stomach. It is great if there is not much there bringing out
the green in our icebergs :-) but a bright sunny day, green fields and
polarised Velvia brings the green out in me! Provia and Provia F are a
little "punchyer" than Kodachrome but the reds are not as nice.

First Rule: Never point a Velvia Loaded Camera at a Person!

Velvia does not make people blotchy. People make people blotchy!
