That's like saying blue jeans should be 'contraband' because most drug dealers wear them! I have had one of the Ohuas beam balances for years for mixing my exotic developers, etc. and never had anyone call it contraband! BTW- those cheap white coffee filters make perfect 'filter' paper to weigh the chemicals on! And it's cheap to 'roll your own'- a gallon or four liters of D-76 costs less than $0.25/liter!
