Since it is a rubber based material- I wonder if that material used on tyres
to keep them shiny and from cracking might be useful? Used sparingly it
might do the trick. I am sure that since Vulcanite is a fairly
unsophisticated material that exotic compounds formulated from unicorn
earwax, and such, are not necessary!
