The latest list of significant camera development and introductions contain
an error.  Dr. Edward Land developed the "Polaroid" camera process prior to
1950, as I sold these at a camera shop I worked in at the time.  The
Polaroid Land Camera was nearly as big as a graflex and was only available
in B&W then.  It was not introduced in 1971-72.
