The instructions I have are in Japanese so I didn't want to guess wrong and damage the lens. It is a 25mm. I just wanted to see if anyone would catch it! Actually as I hit the send I saw the mistake ... c'est la vie. It takes a standard E39 filter - take off the lenshood, screw in the filter, screw the hood back on. The hood does not use the filter thread.
