No, a very BUSINESS point of view. Politics is something different and I never mix the two. Politics (and the labels there of) is a game for the idle rich. I deal in surviving the evils of politics and running a business that ensures a long, secure and prosperous future for my family. That requires protecting, controlling and benefiting from the fruits of my labour beyond the immediate recompense of a "day rate" Even beyond your personal views about professional business practice (that's your problem) what amazes me most, I think, is that so far you a have compared your work to: - - building a fence - - running a sub shop. - - landscape architecture - - engineering .... and common trades work. This, in itself, tells us volumes about how much value you place on your work and professional photography in general. So it should come as no surprise to the rest of those on the list that you conduct business in the manner that you do. It is obvious we are not going to change your attitude on this matter, but it is truly unfortunate that a professional photographer does not place a higher value on his work and talent then that of a fence or sub sandwich. It is truly bizarre.
