If this puts it to bed then great! I for one am intrigued as hell that some many
of us for so long could go on with on these posts about some weirdly overpriced
Nikon Lens hood. I honest to god thought is was a Joke until just yesterday. I
still do!
Nikon is a company who lists lenses which if you order one: THEN they get
started on making one for you!
Should a lens hood cost 1% the prince of the lens? In this case maybe it would!
But is guess it is some freak thing for collectors! Oh goody!\
I think that's it!
We're talking sometimes here hand crafted special order items we assume only
government agencies would have interest in.
I'd have more interest in that!
That's how I see it!
