It's great to hear such a positive report about the R8 with
the new motor drive. I'd sure like to get my hands on a
motor drive for a trial period.

However, in the "handling factor" for me between the winder
& without; I really prefer using the R8 w/o the winder. The 
balance of the R8, w my 90 Elmarit & 35 "cron", are superb
in my hands for the type of "casual" shooting that I do.
