It's great. The 5 degree spot is plenty tight for my needs, and the ability to switch easily to an incident meter is very handy. It's quite accurate, light weight, and compact. Highly recommended. If I'm not mistaken, the 308 doesn't have a viewfinder to show you exactly what is being metered. To me, that severely limits the usefulness of a reflected light meter. If I can't know for sure what the meter is looking at, I'd rather just go with an incident reading.
