Usually, enlargers of this 'size' have 'lense cones' for the longer focal 
length lenses, and either a flat plate, or recessed cone for the shorter 
focal lengths.  Perhaps you might want to see if your enlarger has such an 
'option'?  And check with rec.photo.forsale groups, or eBay for the parts, 
if they are at all around...or even the manufacturer if it was only 
discontinued two years ago.
