 Mark, pleased to hear your wife is not injured.

Just a tip here re cars (my business). It is a common misconception that
SUVs are safe. They are not. Here is a simple list of why.

Crash safety rules are more lax for these vehicles.
They have high centre of gravity and crude suspension so are poor at
evasive action and prone to roll over. You are more likely to have an
accident in one.
They are normally fitted with tyres which have poor grip on a normal road
surfaces.
Many have a separate rigid chassis, the vehicle survives the accident
better than occupants who are damaged by high peak g forces.

IMO they are not much good for normal use.

I should replace the Volvo, it worked last time didn't it?
