I have enjoyed photography as a hobby for the last 30 years. I have used mostly SLR systems, Minolta, Konica, Canon, Nikon. My last system was a Nikon F90x with AF lenses from 20 to 300. Decided to simplify my photography and sold my entire outfit to buy an M6 with a 35mm 1.4 Summilux-M ASPH and a 90mm F2.8 Elmarit-M about a year ago. Best thing I ever did. I re-emerged as a photographer instead of a point and shoot guy. After seeing the quality possible with Leica my wife sold her Nikon and bought an R7 with a 35mm F2 Summicron-R and a 90mm 2.8 Elmarit-R. I also enjoy medium format photography with an Hasselblad 553ELX with a CF80mm. Here is my question. last week I traded in my 90mm F2.8 Elmarit and ordered the new 90mm F2 APO-Summicron-M ASPH from Kindermann Canada. I was told that it would be two to three months before my lens was actually delivered. The anticipation will kill me. I wonder if I go caught up in the change of distributor from Kindermann to Lysle-Kelco. Anybody else experiencing the same lengthy wait for delivery in the US, Canada, rest of the world? By the way, Lysle-Kelco has been great for me. I bought my Hasselblad used. It didn't come with a user's manual. I e-mailed Lisle to inquire about buying one. They responded by sending me a free user's manual and a one year free subscription to Forum, the Hasselblad magazine. I was impressed. Glad to be on-board Cheers Rene C
