  Amazon just sent me a note saying they've finally found a copy of the
Osterloh M book (English translation) that I'd asked their computer to look
for some months ago. Price is $355 (plus shipping). Yes, $355. Fortunately
I've already purchased a copy elsewhere--at a more reasonable price of, I
think, $35. It's a nice book, easily worth, oh, $40.
  I passed on the Amazon copy, so presumably it's available now to the
first person who orders it. Don't everybody dial up Amazon at once.
