...Or, in other words, you know full well that you cannot tell a print
made with a Leica lens from a print made with a Pentax lens. And you are
absolutely correct in that assumption, I believe.

Any other response would have made me very surprised. Any lens expert
knows that you cannot tell one brand of lens from another based only on
real-world results.

So, Erwin, are you willing to participate in this "flawed" experiment
anyway, just for fun? I will not expose your guesses to the group, and I
will not reveal to anybody whether you are right or wrong; it is all
confidential. If you simply request it, I will not even reveal to the
group whether anyone got all three guesses correct, so as not to
embarrass you if you are not so named.

BTW, I now have 8 volunteers and still need a few more. If Erwin is
begging out, is anybody else interested in taking a flier at this?

P.S. Also, if there are future LUGGER meetings planned, I will be happy
to send a set of prints around for examination and discussion. Again,
participation in my little "challenge" by anyone at the event is purely
voluntary and certainly will not be presumed.
