Hi

I must protest in the strongest terms at what I regard as Stuart Phillips'
appallingly bad manners in forwarding to the list a private post, in which I
rebutted, with fact, some completely unfounded claims he made.

I do not think that this is an appropriate place for the discussion of the
British Constitution, which is why I corrected him privately.

Mr Phillips clearly thinks otherwise, and if other members feel as I do,
then they must take it up with him.
